Wii Backup disc 1.31 (could be a fake)

"There was been word of a wii disc called the "Wii backup disc 1.31". This disc was sent back with a repaired wii. Here is a screen shot of the disc and it's program. It is not available anywhere on the internet, so don't look. There is also rumors of a yellow disc which is of pal region."

A new revision of the Wii motherboard has appeared in some Asian countries. It does not have all the solder points required to install Wiikey with the quicksolder interface. However, Wiikey can still be installed by using a wired install, or quicksoldr + 1 wire. We are working on the installation diagram and will upload it shortly.

autore di GCOS, ha rilasciato una beta di DVD to SD Card ripping tool
per Nintendo Wii e Gamecube.
Assieme ad un adattatore questo programma rippa giochi Wii o Gamecube su una scheda SD pezzo per pezzo. Anche con SD piccole.

Il problema dei giochi scaricati e non compatibili finisce qui...

Giochi NTSC su PAL Wii (compatibilita' circa 70%)
Giochi Japanese NTSC su NTSC Wii

syn-rfp.rar versione DOS originale per giochi NTSC su consolle PAL.
syn-rfp2.rar versione Windows GUI con support per NTSC-J su NTSC-U.
syn-rfp3.rar ssembra essere un build non ufficiale senza GUI per quelli che han problemi.

Per coloro che preferiscono editare direttamente l' hex dell' ISO,
l'offset 0x04E003 contiene il region code...

00 = NTSC JAP
01 = NTSC USA
02 = PAL

L'Offset 0x04E010 necessita di 10 bytes da qualunque gioco nella tua regione.

This version should include many requested fixes...

Una nuova versione di Rawdump e' stata rilasciata.
Dovrebbe fixare ogni problema precedente, se usto con uno dei drive DVD compatibili (GDR-8163B).

Finalmente e' possibile fare le copie di backup legali dei proprio dischi Wii.

Il programma Raw Dump funziona con un paio di lettori DVD dai 15 euro e ci mette circa 50 ore per un dump. Ma e' testato e funziona.

Ora si vedranno i vari relaser lavorare duro.
